In this video, we are going to look at how AgilePoint NX can be used to create actionable business applications based on predictions from Salesforce Einstein.

At the time of recording Salesforce, prediction builder is still in beta but has generated quite a lot of interest in the Salesforce user community especially since it was announced during Dreamforce 2017.

Einstein Prediction Builder allows admins to create custom AI models on any custom Salesforce field or object to predict business outcomes, such as a customer’s likelihood to churn or the lifetime value of an account. Using a declarative, point-and-click setup tool, admins define the prediction, identify the field to build the model on, and which data to use.

However once a prediction is done, instead of showing it as an indicator on your Salesforce record, organizations would like to make it actionable rather than waiting for humans to interpret it. This is where AgilePoint can complement Salesforce Prediction builder by taking the predictions and creating an automated business process around it.

In this video, I am going to walk you through a simple scenario to show how easy it is to build a prediction from scratch and use that in a business process.
