As part of the series of product update videos on AgilePoint NX v8.0 release, the next one I would like to share is about the ServiceNow Integration. The following workflow actions have been added

• Query Multiple Record
• Update Record

ServiceNow provides dozens of products and solutions via its cloud offering. It is important to note that our connector and corresponding activities are generic since they does not target any specific product/solution of ServiceNow, but works on the common table APIs. This will help application developers integrate with several service desk products offered by ServiceNow.

This video covers end to end scenario for how to configure business process to perform supported ServiceNow operations which includes basic concepts like activity configuration, runtime execution etc.

Note: Please note that this video is recorded while this feature is in beta version. Some of the labels and icons might change by the time it goes GA but the general concept of configuring these activities would remains the same.
