In the series of announcements for Modern Work Center enhancements next, we are going to look at the ability to define custom views that are specific to a project.

Oftentimes, business application owners want to have a customized dashboard created for their end-users where they can define project-specific views for granular monitoring with custom app data surfaced in the dashboard. I had covered the summary field feature in another video which has been very well received by the customers.

In this video, we are going to see how custom project-specific views can be defined. Here are some of the key features

  • You can set up custom views with predefined app filters and provide the ability to end-users to modify the filters or lock down the filters as per your needs.

  • Security of these views can be controlled by assigning the views to specific groups.

  • You could define views that appear in the page builder widget only hence allowing page designers to create highly customized project-specific landing pages and their corresponding work center.

Let's look at this feature in action.
