Frequently asked questions
The migration is performed on a per site collection basis, not per workflow. Therefore, the timeline depends on the number of site collections and the volume of data in each. We have migration utilities that automate both the impact analysis and the actual migration process. You can work with the AgilePoint Professional Services team to assess your environment. For 5–10 site collections, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the data volume. No changes are required to the actual apps—only the SharePoint Add-in needs to be replaced, and the workflow status links for each record must be updated.
AppSource provides a comprehensive list of all Microsoft 365 apps across all Microsoft products. If you navigate to the store from SharePoint, it will show only the apps applicable to SharePoint Online. To add an app specifically to SharePoint Online, log into SharePoint first and access the SharePoint Online store to view a filtered list of compatible and active apps.
