As part of the series of product updates on AgilePoint NX v9.0 release, the next one I would like to share is about the AWS Lambda.

AWS Lambda is a serverless, event-driven compute service that runs code in response to events and is part of the Amazon Web Services. It does this without provisioning or managing servers and the computing is automatically managed.

As part of the integration, the ‘ Invoke Function ’ activity has been introduced in the Process Designer. This video covers how to configure business process to perform Lambda operations and includes basic concepts such as activity configuration and runtime execution.

Note:  Please note that this video is recorded while this feature is in beta version. Some of the labels and icons might change by the time it goes GA but the general concept of configuring these activities would remain the same.
